Co-Author Collaborations Grant

In an effort to stimulate original, comparative and intersectional research involving Canadian Jewish content and both non-Jewish CanCon and non-Canadian Jewish content, Canadian Jewish Studies / Études juives canadiennes is offering $500 grants to support researcher-author pairs to produce collaborative scholarship. We welcome proposals from any discipline, about any subject, so long as the scholarship sits somewhere at the intersection of Canadian+ and Jewish+. CJS / Ejc can help author-pairs convene works-in-progress workshops over Zoom. Author-pairs will receive the cash grant once a peer-reviewable article is submitted for consideration.

Apply by emailing the editorial team with a brief description of the proposed research and short bios of the collaborators: cjeditor@yorku.ca.
